A 3% card fee applies from July 1, 2026.
- Under $1M: $350
- $1M–$5M: $500
- $5M–$10M: $750
- $10M–$50M: $1,000
- $50M+: $1,250

Is WBENC free like SBA?
No. WBENC charges its own fee. SBA's WOSB application is free.
