These terms cover supplierstart.com and the products sold under the SupplierStart name by DIGIdata. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

What we sell

Kits are educational playbooks and document trackers. The Application Readiness Review is a one-time gap review of one draft package you send, delivered as a red, yellow, and green report. The free checklist is an educational PDF. None of these products files an application, logs in to an account, or submits a bid for you.

No agency relationship and no guarantee

DIGIdata is an independent private company. SupplierStart is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, the SBA, California DGS, WBENC, PlanetBids, APEX Accelerators, or any Small Business Development Center. Filing with SAM.gov, the SBA, and California DGS is free. Private certifiers such as WBENC charge their own fees, paid to them. We do not guarantee certification, a score, or a contract.

Not legal or tax advice

Site copy, guides, kits, and reports are educational. They are not legal, accounting, or tax advice. Rules, screens, and fees change. Confirm the current requirement on the official site, or with a licensed professional, before you rely on it.

Payment

When a checkout link is published, payment is completed on Lemon Squeezy. Card numbers are not entered on this site. A published price is one-time. There is no subscription.

Refunds

Kits: email hello@supplierstart.com within 14 days for a refund if you have not downloaded the files. Readiness review: a full refund if you cancel before we start the review. After the report is delivered, the fee is final. Duplicate charges are refunded.

Your materials

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to share it. Don’t send passwords, malware, or someone else’s confidential documents. Kits are licensed to the buyer for that buyer’s own business. Don’t resell or republish them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DIGIdata’s liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for a denied application, a missed bid, or a decision you make from educational material.
