SupplierStart is run by DIGIdata, an independent private company. This page describes what we collect on supplierstart.com. It is not a government privacy notice.

What you give us

If you request the free checklist, we collect your email address and the fact that you checked the consent box. The checklist is double opt-in: we email a confirmation link, and we send the PDF after you confirm. If you buy a kit or the readiness review, payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect or store your card number on this site. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy covers the payment page.

If you purchase the Application Readiness Review, you may send a draft package and supporting documents. Send only what you are allowed to share. Do not send passwords.

How we use it

• To email the checklist you asked for, and related preparation notes you can unsubscribe from.
• To deliver a kit or a readiness report you purchased.
• To answer a message you send to hello@supplierstart.com.

The readiness review may use an AI tool to help flag gaps, followed by a human review. Do not send documents you are not allowed to share. Ask before you purchase if you need a specific data-processing commitment. We do not sell your email or your documents.

How long we keep it

We keep the checklist email until you unsubscribe. We keep materials you send for a review long enough to deliver the report and to handle a billing question, then we delete them.

Analytics

If this deployment has Vercel Web Analytics enabled, it records aggregate page views. It is not an advertising cookie. We don’t use it to build a profile of you, and the site does not show a cookie banner for that basic measurement.
